Who We Are

Remedy Kettlebell and Fitness Center

Remedy Kettlebell & Fitness Center is a family-owned and operated multi-generational fitness facility.  Our mission is to improve the quality of life of the members of our community through strength.  We train men and women, kids and seniors of all fitness levels.  We combine physical fitness with nutritional guidance to help improve life balance and longevity.  Your goals are our goals. We believe in results and we know that there is no one, cookie-cutter system that works for everyone.  We have designed a program of progression-based movements that will improve your strength, balance, mobility and agility all in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

We were designed to move.  The more we move, the better everything works; from our brains (memory, focus) to digestion, the quality of our sleep and much more.  To be at our best we want to move in multiple planes of motion: flexion and extension, concentric motion and eccentric motion; building strength while also improving joint health, mobility, cardiovascular health, endurance and correcting muscle imbalances.  There are many tools out there that can help improve one or more of these areas.  Resistance training is a great way to improve all of these areas and kettlebells are an excellent resistance training tool.  They are small, portable, relatively inexpensive and can provide a total body workout combining strength with cardio and endurance.  To match this efficiency in a commercial gym you would need barbells and plates, dumbbells, resistance bands and cardio equipment like stationary bikes and treadmills.  Don’t believe me?  Come try a FREE CLASS!

The human body is the only machine that wears out faster if not used.
